Recombinant Human C9ORF103 is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 211 amino acids (1-187) and having a molecular mass of 23.1 kDa. C9ORF103 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The C9ORF103 solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 100 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT and 20% glycerol.
