Recombinant Human C1QTNF8 Protein is a 28.4 kDa protein containing 255 aa fused to a 10 aa N-Terminal His-tag.
Applications: Western blotting.
Formulation: Recombinant Human C1QTNF8 Protein was filtered (0.4 um) and lyophilized from 0.5 mg/ml supplied in 0.03 M Acetate buffer, pH 4.
Reconstitution: Add 0.1 M Acetate buffer pH4 to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. For conversion into higher pH value, we recommend intensive dilution by relevant buffer to a concentration of 10 ug/ml. In higher concentrations the solubility of this antigen is limited. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
