SF20 plays a role in proliferation of lymphoid cells and is considered an interleukin. SF20 was initially identified as a product of bone marrow-derived stromal cells.

Recombinant Mouse Chromosome 19 Open Reading Frame 10 is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 143 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 15.8 kDa. The Mouse SF20 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 97.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC; (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: Mouse SF20 was lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered concentrated (1.0 mg/ml) solution in PBS, pH 7.4.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Mouse SF20 in sterile water not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
