Introduction
BPI encodes a lipopolysaccharide binding protein. BPI is related to human neutrophil granules and has bactericidal activity on gram-negative organisms.

Purity: > 70% as determined by SDS-PAGE and capillary electrophoresis.
The native protein BPI isisolated from human buffy coats and has a molecular mass of 53 kDalton.
Formulation: BPI (1.15 mg/ml) is supplied in 25 mM Sodium Acetate pH-4.6.
