BP005286: Biotinylated Human CA125/MUC16 Protein with the C-His-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human CA125/MUC16 Protein, (amino acids Gly12660-Met12923) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Biotinylated Human CA125/MUC16 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 31.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 52-80 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human MSLN protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human CA125 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 0.18 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human CA125/MUC16 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
BP003475: Biotinylated Human CA125/MUC16 Protein with the C-His-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human CA125/MUC16 Protein, (amino acids Asp12783-Ser13467) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Biotinylated Human CA125/MUC16 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 77.98 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 90-140 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human MSLN protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human CA125 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 12.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
