Source: The recombinant biotinylated anti-HA-Tag human IgG1 monoclonal antibody (clone 12CA5) is a chimeric mouse/human monoclonal antibody produced in mammalian cells. It consists of mouse variable regions and human IgG1 kappa constant regions.
Conjugation: biotin-conjugated.
Specificity/Sensitivity: detection and purification of HA fusion proteins no matter if the HA sequence is present at the N-terminus, Met N-terminus, C-terminus, or an internal site of the fusion proteins.
Applications: ELISA, flow cytometry, immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, chromatin immunoprecipitation, electron microscopy, supershift assays, protein purification if conjugated with agarose or magnetic beads, and isotype controls.
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat, Others.
Purification: The biotinylated HA-tag antibody was affinity-purified from supernatant of mammalian cells cultured in a chemically defined medium by affinity-chromatography using protein A.
Form of Antibody: 0.2 μM filtered solution of 1x PBS.
Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and HPLC.
