Introduction
B-cell activating factor (BAFF) also known as tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 13B is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TNFSF13B gene. BAFF is also known as B Lymphocyte Stimulator (BLyS) and TNF- and APOL-related leukocyte expressed ligand (TALL-1) and the Dendritic cell-derived.TNF-like molecule.

Applications: BAFF antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:500 ~ 1,000. Recommended starting dilution is 1:500.
Reactivity: Human.
Immunogen: Anti-human BAFF mAb, is derived from hybridization of mouse F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with Recombinant human BAFF amino acids 134-285 purified from E. coli.
Purification: BAFF antibody was purified from mouse ascitic fluids by protein-G affinity chromatography.
Form of Antibody: 1 ug/ml containing PBS, pH-7.4, & 0.1% Sodium Azide.
Clone: PH4C7AT.
Isotype: Mouse IgG3.

Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
