Recombinant Human ARL9 is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 143 amino acids (1-123 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 15.9 kDa. ARL9 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Predicted molecular mass of 15.9 kDa.
Purity: > 90.0% by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: ARL9 protein solution (0.5 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1 mM DTT, 20% glycerol and 200 mM NaCl.
