Introduction
Part of the AP-3 complex, an adapter-related complex which is not clathrin-associated. The complex is associated with the Golgi region as well as more peripheral structures. It facilitates the budding of vesicles from the Golgi membrane and may be directly involved in trafficking to lysosomes.

Recombinant Human Assembly Protein Complex 3 (AP3S2) Protein is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing amino acids (1-193) and having a total molecular mass of 22.2 kDa.
AP3S2 contains T7 tag at N-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Applications: ELISA; MS; Western Blotting.
Purity: > 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: AP3S2 containing 10 mM Tris, pH 8.0, 0.01% Triton X-100 and 0.002% NaN3 and 10 mM DTT.
