Flow cytometric analysis of MECA-32+ endothelial cells in tumor angiogenesis models

Tumor single-cell suspensions were stained with MECA-32 antibody (BioLegend) to identify endothelial cells for flow cytometry sorting. MECA-32+ cells were gated based on CD31 co-expression in multi-parameter flow cytometry. Flow cytometry revealed increased MECA-32+ EC frequencies in angiogenic tumors. Sorted MECA-32+ populations were subjected to scRNA-seq post-flow analysis. Angiogenic markers were upregulated in MECA-32+ EC subsets.

MECA-32 staining for flow cytometry of vascular endothelial cells in inflammatory tissues

Inflammatory tissue cells were labeled with MECA-32 antibody conjugated to PE for flow cytometric analysis of EC activation. MECA-32 staining combined with ICAM-1 showed elevated adhesion molecule expression. Flow cytometry confirmed MECA-32+ ECs in arthritic synovium. Activated EC subsets were quantified using MECA-32-based gating. Data were acquired on a BD FACSCanto II flow cytometer.

Identification of endothelial subsets by flow cytometry using MECA-32 antibody

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stained with MECA-32 antibody for multi-color flow cytometry. MECA-32 identified two distinct endothelial subsets in naive mice. Flow panels included MECA-32 alongside VEGFR2 and CD34 markers. EC subset frequencies were quantified via MECA-32 gating strategies. Cytokine profiles differed between MECA-32+ populations.

Flow cytometric detection of MECA-32+ cells in lung endothelial injury

Lung cells were stained with MECA-32 antibody to track endothelial injury via flow cytometry. MECA-32+ ECs showed downregulated VE-cadherin post-injury. Flow cytometry confirmed increased MECA-32+ apoptotic fractions. Injury-induced EC activation was assessed in MECA-32+ gates. FACS sorting isolated MECA-32+ ECs for functional assays.

Characterization of bone marrow endothelial cells using MECA-32 in flow cytometry

Bone marrow cells were stained with MECA-32 antibody for flow cytometric analysis of ECs. MECA-32+ ECs co-expressed CD105 in hematopoietic niches. Flow cytometry showed MECA-32+ ECs supporting HSC maintenance. Progenitor interactions were quantified in MECA-32-gated populations. BM ECs were analyzed using a BD LSR II flow cytometer.
