The FIB504 antibody, reactive with mouse and human β7 integrin, blocked β7 integrin-mediated cell adhesion in a mouse model of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis. C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes were stained with biotinylated FIB504 and streptavidin-PE for flow cytometry, with quality control confirming binding post-oligonucleotide conjugation for TotalSeq™ conjugates.

FIB504 antibody, administered intraperitoneally, blocked α4β7 integrin in a mouse colitis model, reducing T cell infiltration into inflamed colon tissue. Mice were monitored for weight loss and histological inflammation scores, showing results comparable to vedolizumab’s clinical efficacy.

The FIB504 monoclonal antibody, specific for β7 integrin, was injected intraperitoneally at 100 μg/mouse twice weekly in scid mice reconstituted with CD45RBhigh CD4+ T cells. This treatment significantly attenuated colonic inflammation, weight loss, mucosal hypertrophy, and leukocyte infiltration, as confirmed by histological analysis.
