Recombinant Human Acidic Nuclear Phosphoprotein 32 Family Member A (ANP32A) Protein is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 269 amino acids (1-249a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 30.7 KDa. ANP32A is fused to 20 amino acid His Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: ANP32A solution (0.5 mg/ml) containing 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 1 mM DTT, 100 mM NaCl, 0.1 mM PMSF and 10% glycerol.
