Introduction
AK3L1 is an affiliate of the adenylate kinase family of enzymes. AK3L1 enzyme is restricted to the mitochondrial matrix. Adenylate kinases-3 regulates the adenine and guanine nucleotide compositions within a cell by means of catalyzing the reversible transfer of phosphate group among these nucleotides. 5 different isozymes of adenylate kinase have been identified in vertebrates. The enzyme expression of various adenylate kinase isozymes is growth regulated and tissue-specific.

Applications: AK3L1 antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blot and immunohistochemistry analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:500 ~ 1:2,000. Recommended starting dilution is 1:1,000.
Reactivity: Human.
Immunogen: Anti-human AK3L1 mAb is derived from hybridization of mouse SP2/O myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human AK3L1 purified from E. coli.
Purification: AK3L1 antibody was purified from mouse ascitic fluids by protein-G affinity chromatography.
Form of Antibody: 1ug/ml containing PBS, pH-7.4, & 0.1% Sodium Azide.
Clone: PSJB3-36AT.
Isotype: Mouse IgG1.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
