Introduction
Abhydrolase domain-containing protein 10 (ABHD10) is a member of the AB hydrolase superfamily.

A single polypeptide chain containing 279 amino acids (53-306) and having a molecular mass of 30.9 kDa. ABHD10 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus.
Purity: > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The ABHD10 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1 mM DTT, 100 mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
