Source: The recombinant Rhesus macaque HLA-G&B2M&Peptide (RIIPRHLQL) Tetramer Protein, (amino acids Gly25-Thr305(HLA-G),Ile21-Met119(B2M)and RIIPRHLQL peptide) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Rhesus macaque HLA-G&B2M&Peptide (RIIPRHLQL) Tetramer protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 258 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 260-265 kDa under Non reducing (N) condition based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Rhesus macaque HLA-G&B2M&Peptide (RIIPRHLQL) Tetramer protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Rhesus macaque LILRB1 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.17 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 1.74 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Rhesus macaque HLA-G&B2M&Peptide (RIIPRHLQL) Tetramer Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
