BP003742: Human PVRIG Protein with the C-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Human PVRIG Protein, (amino acids Thr41-Asp171) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human PVRIG protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 40.42 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 48-65 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human PVRIG protein with the C-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-PVRIG Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 10.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human PVRIG Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human PVRIG protein with the C-mFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-PVRIG Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 8.0 ng/ml determined by ELISA. The affinity constant of 0.349 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
