BP004382: Human PLAU/uPA Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human PLAU/uPA Protein, (amino acids Ser21-Leu431) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human PLAU/uPA protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 17.9 kDa (long chain A), 29.2 kDa (chain B) and 15.3 kDa (N-terminal fragment). The protein migrates to 30-38 kDa (chain B) and 17 kDa (N-terminal fragment) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human PLAU/uPA Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Source: The recombinant Human PLAU/uPA Protein, (amino acids Ser21-Leu431) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human PLAU/uPA protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 47.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 52-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human PLAU protein with the C-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human uPAR protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 2.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
