BP003215: Human Nectin-2/CD112 Protein with No Tag
Source: The recombinant Human Nectin-2/CD112 Protein, (amino acids Gln32-Leu360) fused with No Tag, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human Nectin-2/CD112 Protein has a predicted MW of 35.54 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-55 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human Nectin-2 protein with No tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human PVRIG, mFc tag with the EC50 of 0.19 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human PVRIG protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human Nectin-2 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 24.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA.

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human Nectin-2 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human PVRIG protein with the C-mFc tag with the EC50 of 0.17 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 1.84 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
