BP003616: Human MICA alpha 3 Protein with the N-mFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Human MICA alpha 3 Protein, (amino acids Arg105-Ser200) fused with a mFc tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human MICA alpha 3 protein with the mFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 36.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-65 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human MICA alpha 3 protein with the N-mFc tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-MICA Antibody protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.10 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human MICA alpha 3 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human MICA alpha 3 Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
