BP003607: Human GPC3 Protein-VLP
Source: The recombinant Human GPC3 Protein-VLP, (amino acids Gly510-Asn554) , was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human GPC3 Protein-VLP protein has a predicted MW of 14 kDa.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human GPC3 VLP at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-GPC3 Antibody, hFc tag with the EC50 of 3.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human GPC3 Protein-VLP in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human GPC3 Protein-VLP is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
