BP003079: Human DLL4 Protein with No Tag

Source: The recombinant Human DLL4 Protein, (amino acids Ser27-Pro524) fused with No Tag, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human DLL4 Protein has a predicted MW of 54.28 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human DLL4, No Tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-DLL4 Antibody, hFc tag with the EC50 of 8.7 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human DLL4 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Source: The recombinant Human DLL4 Protein, (amino acids Ser27-Pro524) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human DLL4 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 55.38 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 56-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human DLL4 protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-DLL4 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 1.6 ng/ml determined by ELISA.

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human DLL4 protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-DLL4 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 16.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.48 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
