BP004151: Human DLL3 (27-215) Protein with the N-His-Flag Tag
Source: The recombinant Human DLL3 (27-215) Protein, (amino acids Ala27-Glu215) fused with a His-Flag tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human DLL3 (27-215) protein with the His-Flag tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 22.30 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 24-25 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human DLL3 (27-215) protein with the N-His-Flag tag at 0.2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-DLL3 Antibody protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 8.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human DLL3 (27-215) Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human DLL3 (27-215) Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
