BP004411: Human CD30 Ligand/TNFSF8 Protein with the N-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human CD30 Ligand/TNFSF8 Protein, (amino acids Gln63-Asp234) fused with a His tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human CD30 Ligand/TNFSF8 protein with the His tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 20.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 30-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CD30 Ligand protein with the N-His tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD30 protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 8.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human CD30 Ligand/TNFSF8 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Source: The recombinant Human CD30 Ligand/TNFSF8 Protein, (amino acids Gln63-Asp234) fused with a mFc tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human CD30 Ligand/TNFSF8 protein with the mFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 46.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 62-68 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CD30 protein with the N-mFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD30 Ligand protein with the N-mFc tag with the EC50 of 10.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
