BP004727: Human CD160 Protein with the C-hFc Tag

Source: The recombinant Human CD160 Protein, (amino acids Gly25-Leu158) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human CD160 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 41.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human HVEM protein with the C-hFc tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD160 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.17 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human CD160 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human CD160 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 17.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 27-33 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: The affinity constant of 1.44 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
