BP003158: Human CCR7 (nanodisc) Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human CCR7 (nanodisc) Protein, (amino acids Met1-Pro378) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human CCR7 (nanodisc) protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 67.70 kDa.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CCR7 (Nanodisc) protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-CCR7 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.21 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 4.11 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human CCR7 (nanodisc) Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human CCR7 (nanodisc) Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
