BP004635: Human CCL24 Protein with the N-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human CCL24 Protein, (amino acids Val27-Cys119) fused with a His tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human CCL24 protein with the His tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 11.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 20-25 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CCL24 protein with the N-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-CCL24 Antibody protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 16.0 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human CCL24 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CCL24 protein with the N-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-CCL24 Antibody protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 53.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
