BP003087: Human BTN3A1/CD277 Protein with No Tag
Source: The recombinant Human BTN3A1/CD277 Protein, (amino acids Gln30-Gly254) fused with No tag, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human BTN3A1/CD277 Protein has a predicted MW of 24.15 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 26-32 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human BTN3A1, No tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-BTN3A1 Antibody, hFc tag with the EC50 of 8.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human BTN3A1/CD277 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human BTN3A1/CD277 Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
