BP003724: Cynomolgus FLT3/Flk-2 Protein with the C-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Cynomolgus FLT3/Flk-2 Protein, (amino acids Gln28-Ser541) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Cynomolgus FLT3/Flk-2 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 84.58 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 160-180 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human FLT3 Ligand protein with the C-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Cynomolgus FLT3 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 18.2 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Cynomolgus FLT3/Flk-2 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Cynomolgus FLT3/Flk-2 Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
