BP005199: Biotinylated Human NKG2A&CD94 Protein with the N-His-AviTag
Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human NKG2A&CD94 Protein, (amino acids Arg100-Leu233(NKG2A) & Ser34-Ile179(CD94)) fused with a His-Avi tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Biotinylated Human NKG2A&CD94 protein with the His-Avi tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 17.9 kDa (CD94)&18.3 kDa (NKG2A). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 33-48 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Biotinylated Human NKG2A&CD94 protein with the N-His-Avi tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on streptavidin (5 ug/ml) precoated plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-NKG2A Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 2.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human NKG2A&CD94 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Biotinylated Human NKG2A&CD94 Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
