Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human GDF15 Protein, (amino acids Ala197-Ile308) fused with a His-Avi tag at the N-terminus, was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Biotinylated Human GDF15 protein with the His-Avi tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 15.19 kDa same as Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human GFRAL protein with the N-His-Avi tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human GDF15 protein with the N-His tag with the EC50 of 24 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human GDF15 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human GDF15 Protein, (amino acids Ala197-Ile308) fused with a hFc tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Biotinylated Human GDF15 protein with the hFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 37.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human GFRAL protein with the N-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human GDF15 protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 7.0 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
