Introduction
Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 J2 (UBE2J2), also known as Non-canonical ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme 2, belongs to the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. UBE2J2 is involved in the ubiquitiantion. UBE2J2 located in the membrane of the endoplasmic reticulum, catalyzes the covalent attachment of ubiquitin to other proteins. UBE2J2 may play a important role in the selective degradation of misfolded membrane protein from the endoplasmic reticulum.

Recombinant Human Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 J2 (UBE2J2) is expressed with sequence (Glu124-Arg224) of Human UBE2J2 fused with a GST tag at both the N-terminus and the C-terminus.
Purity: > 95% by SEC-HPLC and reducing SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: < 0.1 ng/ug (1 IEU/ug).
Formulation: 0.2 um filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT, pH 7.2.
