Purification: Protein A or Protein G Affinity Chromatography, elution with 5 mM Citric Acid pH 2.5, neutralization with 50 mM Na2HPO4 at pH 8.8.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
