Introduction
Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 12, also known as RAY1, TSG7, LRP12 and ST7, belongs to the LDLR family. ST7 is a type I transmembrane protein annd widely expressed in heart, skeletal muscle, brain, lung, placenta and pancreas. ST7 contains 2 CUB domain and 5 LDL-receptor class A domain. ST7 has been shown to interact with GNB2L1, ZFYVE9 and ITGB1BP3. ST7 is a receptor probably, which may be involved in the internalization of lipophilic molecules and/or signal transduction. In addition, ST7may act as a tumor suppressor.

Recombinant Human Suppressor of tumorigenicity 7 protein (ST7) is expressed with sequence (Glu33-Arg492) of Human st7 fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
Purity: > 95% by SEC-HPLC and reducing SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: < 0.1 ng/ug (1 IEU/ug).
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.2.
Reconstitution: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 ug/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
Shipping: The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
