Description

Expressed epitope tags and their receptor protein which detect them are useful for applications such as immunocytochemistry, Western blotting and/or immunoprecipitation. The S-Tag epitope tag that binds to S-protein has been widely used for these purposes.Researchers may want to tag a non-recombinant protein with an epitope tag for immunocytochemistry or cellular trafficing. Solulink offers HyNic-S-Tag for the ready conjugation of S-Tag to a non-recombinant proteins.

Application? The linkable HyNic ?S- epitope tag provides a non-biotin based, affinity tagging method for the soft-release or detection of tagged non-recombinant proteins.
