BP005058: Rhesus macaque Complement Factor D/CFD Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Rhesus macaque Complement Factor D/CFD Protein, (amino acids Gln21-Ala253) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Rhesus macaque Complement Factor D/CFD protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 25.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 26-30 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Rhesus macaque Complement Factor D protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-Complement Factor D Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 16.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Rhesus macaque Complement Factor D/CFD Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Rhesus macaque Complement Factor D/CFD Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
