Introduction
Nucleolar protein 3 is encoded by NOL3 gene, Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. So far, Nucleolar protein 3 has show to have two Isoforms. Isoform 1 may be involved in RNA splicing. Isoform 2 may inhibit apoptosis. It has been shown to down-regulate the enzyme activities of caspase 2, caspase 8 and tumor protein p53.

Recombinant Human Nucleolar protein 3 (NOL3) is expressed with sequence (Met1-Ser208) of Human NOL3 fused with a GST tag at the N-terminus.
Purity: > 95% by SEC-HPLC and reducing SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: < 0.1 ng/ug (1 EU/ug).
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution of 20 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM DTT, 350 mM NaCl, pH 8.0.
Reconstitution: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 ug/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
Shipping: The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
