BP003899: Mouse VEGF R2/KDR Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Mouse VEGF R2/KDR Protein, (amino acids Ala20-Glu762) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Mouse VEGF R2/KDR protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 84.11 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 110-140 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human VEGF165 protein with the C-His tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Mouse VEGFR2 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 1.15 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse VEGF R2/KDR Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
