BP005044: Mouse TIGIT Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Mouse TIGIT Protein, (amino acids Gly26-Thr143) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Mouse TIGIT protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 14 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-30 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: The affinity constant of 4.00 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse TIGIT Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Molecular Weight:The recombinant Mouse TIGIT protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 39.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 48-57 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Mouse CD155 protein with the C-hFc tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Mouse TIGIT protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 56.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA .
