BP004829: Mouse SIRP alpha/CD172a Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Mouse SIRP alpha/CD172a Protein, (amino acids Lys32-Asn373) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Mouse SIRP alpha/CD172a protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 39 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 65-85 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Mouse SIRP alpha protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Mouse CD47 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.26 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 1.33 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse SIRP alpha/CD172a Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
