Source: The recombinant Mouse S100A9/MRP14 Protein, (amino acids Ala2-Lys113) fused with a His tag at the N-terminus, was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Mouse S100A9/MRP14 protein with the His tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 14.1 kDa.The protein migrates to 29 kDa (dimer) &15 kDa (monomer) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse S100A9/MRP14 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
