BP004678: Mouse RGM-C Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Mouse RGM-C Protein, (amino acids Gln33-Asp393) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Mouse RGM-C protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 40 kDa (mature)&26 kDa (C-terminus peptide)&14 kDa (N-terminus peptide). Due to enzyme lysis and glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-60 kDa&36-40 kDa&20-25 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse RGM-C Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
