BP004484: Mouse Fas/TNFRSF6/CD95 Protein with the C-hFc Tag

Source: The recombinant Mouse Fas/TNFRSF6/CD95 Protein, (amino acids Gln22-Arg169) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Mouse Fas/TNFRSF6/CD95 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 43.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-65 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human Fas Ligand protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Mouse Fas protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.25 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse Fas/TNFRSF6/CD95 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
