BP003282: Mouse CD8 alpha&beta Heterodimer Protein with the C-His-Flag Tag
Source: The recombinant Mouse CD8 alpha&beta Heterodimer Protein, (amino acids Lys28-Tyr196(CD8 alpha) acidic tail & Leu22-Thr175(CD8 beta) basic tail) fused with a His-Flag tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Mouse CD8 alpha&beta Heterodimer protein with the His-Flag tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 24.80 kDa (CD8 alpha) and 23.17 kDa (CD8 beta). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 32-38 kDa (CD8 alpha) and 42-50 kDa (CD8 beta) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse CD8 alpha&beta Heterodimer Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Mouse CD8 alpha&beta Heterodimer Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
