BP005380: Mouse BCMA/TNFRSF17 Protein with the C-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Mouse BCMA/TNFRSF17 Protein, (amino acids Met1-Thr49) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Mouse BCMA/TNFRSF17 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 31 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 38-45 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:Immobilized recombinant Mouse APRIL protein with the C-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Mouse BCMA protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 2.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 6.59 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse BCMA/TNFRSF17 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Dose response curve for the recombinant Mouse APRIL protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 93.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 5.83 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
