BP003939: Mouse APRIL/TNFSF13 Protein with the C-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Mouse APRIL/TNFSF13 Protein, (amino acids Ala96-Leu241) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Mouse APRIL/TNFSF13 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 43.20 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 53-63 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Mouse APRIL protein with the C-hFc tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Mouse BCMA protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 3.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse APRIL/TNFSF13 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Molecular Weight: The recombinant Mouse APRIL/TNFSF13 protein with the His-Flag tag at the N-terminushas a predicted MW of 18.53 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 24-30 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Mouse APRIL protein with the N-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Mouse BCMA protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 2.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
