Description

Introduction
MOB-like protein phocein, also knowns as MOB4, MOB3 and MOBKL3, is a member of he MOB1/Phocein family. MOBKL3 associated with membranes and the Golgi stacks, is present in the cytosol, where it behaves as a protein complex. MOBKL3 has been shown that interacts with DNM1, EPS15 and nucleoside diphosphate kinase. MOBKL3 is the major partner of the striatin family members and may play a important role in membrane trafficking, specifically in membrane budding reactions.

BP001327-C286: Recombinant Human Mps one binder kinase activator-like 3 (MOB3) Enzyme

Source: E. coli-derived.
Recombinant Human Mps one binder kinase activator-like 3 (MOB3) Enzyme is expressed with sequence (Met1-Ala225) of Human MOB4 fused with a 6His tag at the N-terminus.
Purity: > 95% by SEC-HPLC and reducing SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: < 0.1 ng/ug (1 IEU/ug).
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution of 20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT, pH 8.0.
