Background Information:
MGCD0103 is a rationally designed, oral, isotype-selective, small molecule HDAC inhibitor, selectively targeting HDACs 1, 2, 3 and 11 with IC50s at low micromolars. MGCD0103 displays promising antitumor activity in hematological and lymphoproliferative diseases, currently in clinical trials.
