Introduction
Interleukin-20 receptor subunit alpha, also known as Cytokine receptor class-II member 8, Cytokine receptor family 2 member 8, IL20RA and ZcytoR7, is a single-pass type I membrane protein which belongs to the type II cytokine receptor family. IL20RA is synthetized a 553 aa glycoprotein precursor that contains a 29 aa signal peptide, a 221 aa extracellular domain with two fibronectin type-III domains, a 24 aa transmembrane region and a 279 aa intracellular domain contains. IL20RA is widely expressed with highest levels in skin and testis and high levels in brain. IL20RA forms heterodimer with IL20RB, and the complex serves as a receptor for IL19, IL20 and IL24. IL20RA also forms a heterodimer with the unique and specific receptor IL10RB and functions as the receptor for IL26.

Recombinant Human Interleukin-20 receptor subunit alpha (IL20RA) Protein is expressed with sequence (Val30-Lys250) of Human IL20RA fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
Purity: > 95% by SEC-HPLC and reducing SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: < 0.1 ng/ug (1 IEU/ug).
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4.
Reconstitution: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 ug/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
Shipping: The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
