Description

These glass slides are used for the immobilization of 4FB-modified biomolecules. These extremely flat, 1 ?3-inch slides are ultra clean and come pre-coated with a HyNic-silane layer that efficiently immobilizes any aromatic aldehyde-modified (4FB) biomolecule without fear of competing hydrolysis from the aqueous environment. These pre-activated glass slides are an ideal solid phase substrate for the efficient microarray-based printing and immobilization of 4FB-modified oligonucleotides and antibodies.
