Source: The recombinant Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque ROR1 Protein, (amino acids Gln30-Glu403) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque ROR1 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 68.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-100 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human/Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque ROR1 protein with the C-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-ROR1 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 13.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
